Course Description
This course is reserved for Licensed Brokers only! The Post-Licensing Education Program consists of Three 30-Hour Courses:
1. Post 301 - Broker Relationships & Responsibilities
2. Post 302 - Contracts & Closing
3. Post 303 - NC Law, Rules, & Legal Concepts
These Courses can be taken in ANY order. All 90-Hours must be completed within 18 Months of receiving your License.
Requirements
In order to successfully complete the class, Students must pass the MANDATORY proctored exit class exam with a 75% or better and not miss more than 3 hours of class.
The MANDATORY proctored exit class exam will be done online on your computer.
21 NCAC 58A .1902 requires all 90 hours of post licensing classes to be completed within 18 months of your license date.

Online via Zoom with a Live Instructor and Classroom
Tuition
Tuition for each Synchronous Post-Licensing Education Course is $199. Cost of course does NOT include a Textbook. Students may purchase a hardcopy Textbook or Digital Copy directly from www.NCREC.gov
